Yes. Employers usually accept it with rent receipts. If rent is above ₹1,00,000 a year, they also ask for your landlord's PAN.

Yes. ₹799 covers drafting, stamp duty, e-stamp paper and GST. Nothing is added at checkout.
Can I change details after paying?
No. You can edit anything until you pay. After that, we make it exactly as previewed.
Is it legal?
Yes. It's on Karnataka e-stamp paper with stamp duty paid, and it's binding once both sides sign. Agreements under 12 months don't need registration, which is why we make them for up to 11 months.
